Our Student Support Officers support students across all campus locations. They can help with:
- Social and emotional wellbeing, including pastoral care and individual support
- Connecting you with external services like medical, dental, mental health and legal support
- Settling into life in Australia for international students, from banking and phones to transport and OSHC
Our Student Program Coordinators are here to help you progress through your course and transition into your aviation career. Support includes
- Academic Success Plans tailored to your learning needs
- Jetstream Tutoring for Cert IV and Diploma Aeroskills students, on campus or online
- The Study Smarter Series, a three-part workshop to sharpen your study skills
- Academic and Apprentice Progress Reviews to help you plan your next steps
- Industry tours, insight sessions and job readiness workshops
